The FK-Series operates across five synchronized stations, each engineered to hold pace with the others without operator intervention between steps:
Station 1 — Multi-Head Combination Weighing: A 10-head multi head weigher with vibration-free hopper configuration uses PLC logic to calculate the optimal hopper combination for each batch, delivering a target fill weight of 100–1,000 g at ±1% accuracy — consistently, across every jar, every cycle.
Station 2 — Anti-Spill Jar Filling: A tapered anti-spill funnel, sized precisely to the customer’s jar mouth diameter (Ø25–180 mm), channels product cleanly into the container at full line speed. Spillage and product waste — two persistent costs in manual and semi-automatic granule filling machines — are effectively eliminated.
Station 3 — Automatic Cap Elevator: Caps are lifted, orientated, and delivered to the capping station in a continuous supply. No operator is required to refill or manage the cap feed, removing a common manual bottleneck in high-speed jar packaging lines.
Station 4 — Torque-Controlled Screw Capping: The automatic screw capping machine applies controlled, consistent torque to every lid. Stripped threads and loose caps — chronic quality complaints in nut jar production — are designed out of the process.
Station 5 — Round Bottle Labeling: A round bottle labeling machine with sensor verification applies a self-adhesive wrap-around label to every jar before it exits the line. Every finished unit leaves fully labeled, with no secondary labeling station required.
Optional add-on modules include bucket elevator feeding, aluminium foil induction sealing, metal detection, and checkweighing — allowing buyers to configure the line to their facility’s specific compliance or quality requirements.
One Line Across Your Entire Product Range
A persistent challenge for multi-SKU food brands is the capital cost and floor space required to run separate filling lines for different jar sizes. The FK-Series resolves this with a container span of Ø25 mm to Ø180 mm bottle mouth diameter, accommodating slim supplement bottles, standard 250 g snack jars, and wide-mouth 1,000 g premium nut canisters on the same line — in PET, PP, or HDPE formats.
Changeover between jar formats is managed through the 7-inch PLC touchscreen interface, with parametric settings saved per SKU. This custom granule packaging line approach means manufacturers invest in one line, not three.
Engineered to Your Facility — Not a Standard Catalogue Item
Guangdong Feibin does not ship a standard granule filling machine from stock. Every FK-Series line is configured against the client’s product sample, container drawing, target output speed, and workshop dimensions. The engineering team produces a custom 3D line layout, confirms station configuration, and sets voltage and format parameters before production begins.
The entire frame is constructed from SUS304 food-grade stainless steel, meeting GMP-compliant packaging line standards applicable to food, nutraceutical, and health supplement production environments. The structure is built for stability under continuous multi-shift operation, with low vibration and low-noise running characteristics.
