Machine Description

FK603 has additional functions to add options:

1. Add the positioning labeling function, so that the label can be attached to a fixed position of your product.

2. Equipped with a coding machine or inkjet printer, the production batch number, production date, effective date and other information are printed clearly when labeling, and the coding and labeling are carried out at the same time to improve efficiency.

FK603 adjustment method is simple and only needs to move the height of the pressure roller and the width of the hole where the product is placed. The adjustment process is less than 5 minutes, and the labeling accuracy is high. It is difficult to see the error with the naked eye. FK603 covers an area of approximately 0.22 cubic meters. Work Process

Working Principle: The core of the machine is PLC, which receives start and detect signals and output signals to start the automatic magnetic clutch,the electromagnetic valve, and the motor.

Operation process: put the product—press the foot switch—label (automatically realized by the equipment)—take out the labeled product.

Label Production Requirements

1. The gap between the label and the label is 2-3mm;

2. The distance between the label and the edge of the bottom paper is 2mm;

3. The bottom paper of the label is made of glassine, which has good toughness and prevents it from breaking (to avoid cutting the bottom paper);

4. The inner diameter of the core is 76mm, and the outer diameter is less than 300mm, arranged in a single row.
