Machine Description:

④ The FK617 adjustment method is simple and only needs to move the height of the press wheel, the position of the label sensor and the slide sensor. The adjustment process is less than 10 minutes, and the labeling accuracy is high, and the error is difficult to be seen by the naked eye. ⑥ Machine Support Customization.

Working Principle:

1.Press the switch after the product is already put in, the machine clamps the product.

2.And next the slide moves backwards and next forwards , when the sensor senses that the slide has reached a certain position, the machine sends out the label.

3.Then the wheel presses the label onto the product until one label is all pulled out.

4.Last, release the product and the machine will automatic restore, a labeling process is completed.

Label Production Requirements

1. The gap between the label and the label is 2-3mm;
